For Pete's sake, can anyone argue that the Senate is dysfunctional? A body in which one member (Jim Demint) can block the President's nominee to head the TSA because he's afraid the guy might let TSA screeners join a union? Really?

I'm probably a little behind the curve on this one, but what is keeping the Senate Democrats from kicking Joe Lieberman out of the caucus? It's not like he adds value. He's just channeling Zell Miller.
